The PWHL has spent its first three seasons building more than just a league. It has been building an audience, and attendance has only continued to grow since the league began.

In May, the PWHL announced it was expanding. After launching with six teams in 2024 and expanding to eight this past season, the PWHL is now welcoming four more cities, including Hamilton, into the league.

Every offseason brings change to the PWHL. This year, some of the most important moves are not on the ice at all, but behind the bench.
